Women’s Health

Young women are often told that with a good dose of ibuprofen and a hot water bottle, you will fix a painful period. What I have discovered over my years of practicing yoga is that through movement and stillness we can cultivate the ideal conditions within our body to support hormonal balance. I currently support women with hormonal issues which can range from painful periods to menopause symptoms as well as fertility issues and more specific conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis.
