“I have been going to Aimee's classes for the past couple of years - my favourites are definitely the gentle and mindful yin yoga, and flow and restore sessions that capture the perfect balance of fiery, dynamic postures and soothing, gentle stretches. I have dabbled in yoga for a number of years, but Aimee is the first teacher who has ignited a passion to a more committed yoga practice for me. In every class whether it be face to face or virtual, she always makes you feel welcome, gives helpful guidance and has a special way of creating a rejuvenating experience that awakens all of your senses, with her thoughtful touches of personalised playlists and delicious herbal tea! I have also been lucky to have a massage from her recently, which left me in a dream like cocoon of relaxation from the beautiful, warming aromatherapy oils. I couldn't recommend Aimee highly enough for beginner to experienced yogis, or anyone looking for a delicious, holistic massage experience!"

'Aimee's sense of play makes every class uplifting. It sometimes feels like laughter yoga, although I don't think she realises how naturally funny she is! This lightness lifts me up no matter how I come to the mat. Aimee has a clear dedication and passion to impart yoga skills and a yogi mindset. I have loved feeling my body and mind become more flexible, strong and peaceful being guided by Aimee. Her attention to detail including our comfort, use of smells, self massage and alignment cues makes Aimee's classes a whole sensory experience. Which is no less felt when using zoom to practice (her playlists are an added bonus!). The poems and readings she shares help me to remember how big and beautiful the world is. I had 1.5 hour massage therapy session with Aimee. She was very thorough and it started off with a lovely foot bath. She took a short history about any aches and pains and what I would like from the session. She made a special oil to help with sleep and relaxation. The massage itself was so relaxing and calming. It was excellent value for money and I will definitely be arranging more sessions with Aimee in the future. If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable and relaxing therapist I would thoroughly recommend her massages.

I started Aimee’s wonderful Yin yoga classes shortly after I moved to Sheffield. Moving to a new place where I didn’t know anyone was hard and I often felt anonymous but Aimee’s yin class made me feel part of a community which I really value. Her classes are creative, considered and align with the seasons. There is no emphasis on aesthetics, the environment is non judgemental and you are encouraged to look inwards and challenge yourself mentally and physically. I usually leave class with the feeling of contentment and the benefits of the practise last a long time after leaving the mat. Aimee teaches with authenticity and wholeheartedness which is so empowering and instantly makes you feel at ease. Thank you Aimee.

Aimee made me feel extremely calm and comfortable from the moment I arrived, the therapy room is a beautiful relaxing, spa like room and she treated me to a lovely foot soak while she conducted a consultation. She has an absolutely lovely way about her, really taking time to listen and offer gentle support and advice appropriate for what I’m going through. She was extremely generous with her time and I felt heard and seen by the time I left the room. The massage was beautiful. She took time to make an essential oil mix that I would like and the grounding and spicy smells really added to the experience. She used a variety of techniques, adapted around what I had told her and what she had felt in my body, making the massage feel really personal and nourishing. I felt so relaxed afterwards and had a great sleep! Highly recommend!!
